Description
Resident Evil HD Remaster is the remaster of the 2002 GameCube remake of the original Resident Evil.
Originally rebuilt from the ground up for the Nintendo GameCube, this version modernized the 1996 classic with new visuals, expanded areas, reworked puzzles, and a far darker atmosphere.
The HD Remaster enhances the experience with higher-resolution graphics, improved textures, widescreen support, and updated controls while preserving the survival horror gameplay that made the remake famous.
Players once again explore the Spencer Mansion as Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, uncovering the secrets behind a series of brutal murders in the Arklay Mountains.
Widely considered one of the greatest survival horror games ever made, it remains a benchmark for how to faithfully remake a classic.

Download the small executable, launch it, and follow the instructions. This installer will then download the necessary files for the game and proceed with the installation.. This installer contains a large number of improvements (click on details), and the default configuration should suit most users. If you don't mind AI upscaling, you can also check the "RESCALE" texture pack and the enhanced FMVs.
