Description
Fallout: New Vegas is an action role-playing game released in 2010, developed by Obsidian Entertainment as a standalone entry within the Fallout franchise. Players can experience the game from either a first-person or third-person viewpoint.
The story takes place in the Mojave Desert in the year 2281, more than two centuries after a catastrophic nuclear conflict reshaped the world.
Players take on the role of a courier who narrowly survives an assassination attempt by an unknown attacker. Early gameplay centers on tracking down the person responsible, but the narrative gradually expands into a larger conflict involving powerful factions competing for dominance over the region. Alongside the main storyline, players are free to explore numerous optional side quests.
Control of the Mojave Wasteland is contested by three major powers: the New California Republic (NCR), a bureaucratic democracy seeking to impose order; Caesar’s Legion, a brutal slaver army modeled after ancient Rome; and Mr. House, an enigmatic New Vegas tycoon who rules the city through an army of robotic enforcers known as Securitrons.
The world of New Vegas is also referenced in the second season of the Fallout television series. Set 15 years after the game’s events, the season includes flashbacks showing Cooper Howard’s character interacting with Mr. House prior to the Great War.

Notes
Download the small executable, launch it, and follow the instructions. This installer will then download the necessary files for the game and proceed with the installation.
- By default, the Texture Upscale Project (NVTUP) is not included due to its large file size. If you want it, check the box on the components screen.
- The installer also includes "MulderConfig.exe", which allows you to select unsupported resolutions (such as 21:9 and 32:9) along with the corresponding FOV.
Manual step required: In the New Vegas launcher, make sure to click on Data Files and check the boxes for the two YUP files (and the DLCs you want to activate).
Warning: If you are using other mods (not included in my pack), you will likely need Mod Organizer 2, because the YUP .esm must be loaded before other .esm files, and YUP .esp file must be loaded before other .esp files.
