Description
Colin McRae: DiRT 2 (often just called DiRT 2) is a racing video game developed and published by Codemasters in 2009. It serves as the sequel to Colin McRae: DiRT. This title is the first in the series released after Colin McRae's passing in 2007 and also the last to include his name in the title.
The game's events take place across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America. Players can compete in five different racing disciplines: rally, rallycross, hillclimb, raid races, and landrush events. In addition, there are three "special" game modes: Gatecrasher, Domination, and Last Man Standing.
Compared to DiRT 3, DiRT 2 emphasizes realism more, though it is not a full simulation like games such as Assetto Corsa. For this reason, it is often described as a "simcade", blending simulation and arcade-style gameplay.

Notes
DiRT 2 *Enhancement Pack*
Download the small executable, launch it, and follow the instructions. This installer will then download the necessary files for the game and proceed with the installation.
DiRT 2 *BYOF Installer*
This installer requires the original DiRT 2 disc image. It will install the game to a directory of your choice, and can then apply all the enhancements included in the enhancement pack.
