Description
P.T. (short for Playable Teaser) is a 2014 playable demo for Silent Hills, a cancelled entry in the Silent Hill franchise. It was developed by Kojima Productions under the pseudonym "7780s Studio" and released by Konami. The project was directed by Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro.
In contrast to previous titles, P.T. features a first-person perspective, placing the player in the role of a character who wakes up in a seemingly ordinary suburban house where strange and paranormal events begin to unfold.
Following the cancellation of Silent Hills, Konami removed P.T. from the PlayStation Store, also preventing players from downloading it again. Over the years, numerous fan-made remakes have attempted to preserve the experience. In 2026, the demo was finally unofficially ported to PC by a passionate developer, LoreanXavier. Huge thanks to him for his work, and congratulations on this achievement!
